Enjoy a gentle, warm green tea to help you digest your lunch. Then surround yourself with the wonderful floral aromas of our oolongs all afternoon long. Just put some tea leaves into a heat-resistant glass or a mug, pour on hot water and let it stand for about a minute. Most oolongs can be brewed up to 5 or 6 times, using the same leaves, so the glass can sit there all afternoon with you adding hot water from time to time.

Tea cools the body’s system, and will keep you alert and relaxed at the same time. A brewed cup of tea contains much less caffeine than an average coffee, and given the presence of other methylxanthine alkaloids (theobromine, theophylline) tea is both a stimulant and relaxant in one. It gives a much calmer, smoother, and probably longer lasting ‘lift’ than coffee.

Come mid-afternoon tea break, if you’d like something a bit substantial, whisk matcha green tea powder into a glass of milk to make a glorious, healthy snack. On a warm day, enjoy a delicious, iced Lychee Black tea, naturally sweet and refreshing! Or indulge yourself with an iced oolong milk shake: use plenty of leaves to make a strong hot tea, then pour into an ice-filled glass and add milk to taste. Tea-gasmic!
