I would like to share this Chinese New Year greeting painted by my Japanese teamaster Hiroto-san.
As we bid farewell to year of the snake, do have a prosperous, peaceful and meditative new lunar year of the steady horse. Here is a new year haiku from all of us at chaya teahouse:
with strength and ardor galloping prosperity to a fruitful year! |
Warmly,
Pei

His lovely picture reminds me of the ema I collected in Japan, many of which featured horses, the divine steed.
Happy Chinese New Year, Pei. x
Hi Kavey,
