Sweet Dian Hong (滇红) black tea leaves, from Yun Nan (云南) in China, sit snuggly inside a whole baby lemon fruit peel.
Every Lemon Drop is a perfectly sized individual portion for brewing throughout the day. Delightfully delicious infused as a hot or cold beverage. Each packet of this tea contains 4 individual lemon drop portions of approximately 5 grams each.

How to enjoy ...
For best results, gently pour hot or cold water into the opening of the lemon drop to minimise tea leaves escaping.
Hot Brewing:
Infuse 1 piece of Lemon Drop Black Tea in pot and pour 180ml to 200ml water at around 85°C to 90°C. Infuse for one minute for each infusion and enjoy the gradual release of flavours of the black tea leaves and lemon peel.
Cold Brewing:
Infuse 1 piece of Lemon Drop Black Tea in 500ml of water in a jug. Let it infuse in your fridge over several hours or overnight.
